Design Engineering & Project Coordination:

ü       Planning, discussion with all parties and gets final approval to start the work. This may be required to study the financial requirements.

 

ü       Preparing Project Implementation using MS PROJECT, advising the client or subcontractor for the time to start work.

 

ü       Submission of drawings by the sub contractors in AUTOCADD format, checking the same reviewing the drawings with main client and forward their corrections to contractors.

Designing & Project Management:

     Assumes responsibilities of performing the assigned duties as a Designer and related          works in respect of the projects.

ü       Takes care of all the drawings in Auto Cad Format in relation to the Minor Network Expansion Jobs.

ü       As soon as job orders/projects are received the design drawings received from the client is reviewed and formatted and printouts and copies are made in the respective formats as required by the various Ministries and other agencies for submission to them for obtaining the necessary permissions for executing the jobs. The drawings may be required to be submitted in layers in digitized format in discs and hard copies.

ü          Based on the quantities of the completed jobs prepare the As Built Red line Drawings and the As Built Bill of Quantities for submission to the clients & Consultants for their approval and carry out corrections as suggested by them in coordination with the civil supervisors.

ü       Preparing the Daily progress reports, weekly reports & Monthly reports for submitting to the clients & consultant.

ü      Provide the details for the jobs completed and jobs in progress for preparation and submission of daily reports.

ü       Checking and finalization of bills of contractors with proper supporting documents & as per drawings which will be verified in AUTOCADD format.

 

ü       Based on the subcontractors bills, making claim to the main client for the    

          contract value as per the step payments.

Role:

·   I have been involved in design of FO cables in possible route and implementations of various GSM sites connectivity between all the regions, we present our projects in GOOGLE map view format to make ministries/municipality and other departments understand clear also speed up permission process fast IN GIS PROGRAM.
